Next Meeting August 17, 2021 at 5:00pm EST. Please note the meeting will be held on ZOOM. Details will be forthcoming.

Present: Keith Rhodes, Felice Bryant, Kelvin Williams, Jimmy Coleman, Cheryl Johnson Knight, Donald Reid, Jeniel West and Thaddeus West.

The meeting was called to order. Prayer by Thaddeus West. Secretary West conducted the meeting. The agenda was presented: Scholarship Recipients Recap, Officer Elections, Meeting Time and Place, Membership Drive.

​

Treasurer's Report-(not available at meeting) - Beginning Balance-$3237.33. Each Scholarship recipient will be awarded $1,000.00. Leaving an ending balance of $1,237.33 to begin this school year.

It was decided to keep regular meetings on the third Tuesday of each month at 5pm. Present Plans are for the meetings to be held on ZOOM. Executive board meeting will be held prior to regular meetings also via ZOOM.

 

Jeniel West and Cheryl J. Knight will collaborate on putting together a communication mechanism for our members that goes beyond our FB page and Website.

 

Kelvin Williams and Keith Rhodes will collaborate on getting our website back on track.

 

Unfinished Business includes the Pancake Breakfast that was to be held at the Touchdown Club.
